Client Services Coordinator

We are looking for a Client Services Coordinator to support the running of a busy business centre in Stevenage. You will deliver excellent customer service, and help create a positive experience for clients and visitors. This role offers a mix of customer service, administration, sales support, and operational responsibilities. The client has a focus on exceptional customer care, and wants someone who can join them in delivering this experience to uphold their great standards. Key DetailsMonday to Friday on site 08:30-17:00Starting salary circa 28,00025 days holiday + Bank Holidays + Christmas shutdownHealthcare cash plan and discounted gymModern working environmentResponsibilitiesWelcome clients and visitors and ensure a positive customer experience.Respond to enquiries by phone and email, arranging viewings and following up on leads.Manage client administration, including records, invoicing, and service updates.Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared to company standards.Monitor stock levels, report maintenance issues, and support general centre operations.Work closely with the Centre Manager to assist in all areas of the business.Ensure meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy and that centre staff are aware of bookings.Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues where appropriate.Experience NeededPrevious experience in an administrative or customer facing role.Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly ..... full job details .....
