People PartnerLocation: UxbridgeSalary: Up to £40,000 + BonusContract: Permanent Full-Time Hybrid WorkingA brand-new role, a growing business and a fantastic opportunity to make your mark!We have a brilliant opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic People Partner to join a thriving local business experiencing an exciting period of growth!This newly created role offers a fantastic mix of recruitment and generalist HR responsibilities, working closely with the HR Manager to support the business as it continues to expand.From attracting new talent and managing recruitment campaigns to supporting employee relations, onboarding and training, this is a wonderfully varied position where no two days will be the same!The Role: Managing the full recruitment cycle, from advertising vacancies through to onboardingScreening applications, shortlisting candidates and conducting initial interviewsPreparing employment contracts, offer letters and onboarding documentationManaging right-to-work checks and recruitment complianceSupporting the HR Manager with employee relations, performance management and engagementCoordinating employee training and development activitiesAssisting with payroll administration, including starters, leavers and absencesSupporting HMRC documentation, including P11Ds, and Health and Safety activities What We''re Looking For: Minimum 3 years'' experience within a generalist HR or recruitment-focused roleExperience managing recruitment campaigns and employee ..... full job details .....
