This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.Please note this is a stand alone role Key Responsibilities: Onboarding: Coordinate induction and onboarding programmes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation.Operational HR: Handle daily HR tasks, including absence monitoring, payroll queries and maintaining HR records.Policy Development: Develop, implement and regularly review HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment legislation.Employee Relations : Provide counsel to people leaders on employee relations issues, guiding them through grievance, discipline, and performance review processes.Drive Change: Influence and drive change throughout the business, continually enhancing the workplace culture.People Strategy: Develop and execute the overarching people strategy, including designing and implementing reward schemes and enhancing benefits.EDandI Framework: Lead the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDandI) initiativesStakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders across the ..... full job details .....
