Key Duties Provide a customer-focused housing management service within a designated neighbourhood or geographical area. Develop and maintain effective professional relationships and networks across a wide range of services. Work collaboratively with partners and other professionals to support customers and deliver effective housing services. Respond to customer needs and enquiries professionally, including in challenging situations. Use a pragmatic approach to understand, assess and resolve complex issues. Manage and prioritise a challenging workload across a wide range of responsibilities. Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and external stakeholders.
