Are you an experienced and passionate Pastoral Officer looking for your next opportunity in a supportive and forward-thinking school?

A fantastic school in Lewisham is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Officer to join their team on a full-time, 5-day-per-week basis.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a pastoral role, strong knowledge and understanding of pastoral support, and a genuine commitment to helping students thrive both academically and personally. A relevant degree is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality pastoral support to students
• Build positive relationships with students, families and staff
• Support student wellbeing, attendance, behaviour and engagement
• Identify concerns and provide appropriate interventions
• Work collaboratively with staff and external professionals where required
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to safeguarding and pastoral processes
