Responsibilities will include:Responding to pastoral and behaviour calls across the schoolSupporting students with behaviour, attendance and wellbeingDealing confidently with challenging situationsWorking closely with teaching, pastoral and senior staffRecording incidents and updates accurately on the school s systemsSupporting students to successfully return to lessonsBuilding positive and professional relationships with studentsProviding general pastoral and administrative support where requiredRequirementsPrevious school-based pastoral, behaviour or student support experience is highly desirableConfident managing challenging behaviourStrong communication and relationship-building skillsComfortable using school systems and recording information accuratelyAvailable to start ASAPYou MUST have an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update ServiceThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with young people and can provide a calm, ..... full job details .....
