The Role As Pastoral Lead, you will play a key role in promoting student wellbeing, attendance, behaviour, and engagement. You will work closely with students, families, staff, and external agencies to provide targeted support and ensure every learner has the opportunity to succeed. Key responsibilities include: Supporting students with social, emotional and behavioural needs. Building positive relationships with students and their families. Leading interventions to improve attendance, behaviour and engagement. Working alongside safeguarding and SEND teams to support vulnerable learners. Monitoring student progress and implementing effective support plans. Liaising with external agencies and support services where required.
