We’re looking for a PA to Group Chief Risk Officer and Chief Actuary - FTC Maternity Cover 7 Months.About Brit:

Not only for our customers but our employees too.What you’ll be doing:Provide effective PA support to the Group Chief Risk Officer and Chief Actuary, ensuring timely information and reports.Manage the PAs for the Senior Management team within Risk and Actuarial.Handle diary management, coordinating both business and private schedules to avoid clashes.Greet and liaise with clients and service providers.Prepare and issue meeting notes, minutes, reports, and other correspondence promptly.Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems.Manage travel itineraries and prepare presentations for internal and external use.Provide cover for other senior team members when needed.Organise corporate events, coordinating diaries, sending invitations, and preparing event information such as schedules and agendas.Sourcing management information from various departments and supporting projects as needed.Conduct performance reviews, set objectives, and manage any underperformance according to the Group’s policies.We welcome everyone wholeheartedly:
