We’re seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to one Main Board Director, three Sub Board Directors, and a 12-person development team in a dynamic property development environment.This pivotal role will see you managing complex diaries, organising meetings, preparing agendas, and handling confidential correspondence. You’ll oversee annual leave requests, coordinate corporate charity initiatives and work experience placements, draft consultant agreements, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at every stage.You’ll also arrange corporate events, client meetings, external conferences, travel, as well as manage logistics for site visits and project reviews. Acting as the central point of contact for the team, you’ll maintain efficient filing systems, prioritise communications, and liaise with suppliers and partners.Qualifications and Requirements

Has proven EA or PA experience supporting senior leaders.Thrives in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.Possesses strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Is confident handling confidential matters and applying company policies.Start Date
