Greet clients with a warm welcome, in person or over the phone, ensuring they feel valued and cared for.Work with team members to determine the best optical solutions for clients, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality service.Deliver exceptional service at every step of the client journey, from initial consultation to follow-up care.Assist clients in selecting eyewear and provide expert advice on frames and lenses to meet client needs and preferences.Build strong relationships with team members, peers, and clients to foster a positive, cooperative work environment.Assist in managing stock levels, ensuring products are available and well-maintained.Salary
