Operations Manager

Zest4Talent are recruiting an Operations Manager for a growing multisite adventure sports company. You will be primarily based at their site near Salisbury but will be overseeing operational processes for 2 further UK sites. You will be working a 5 day week which will include weekend work during their peak operational periods. A competitive salary of up to £60k pa is on offer. The ideal person for this Operations Manager role will have the following: A dynamic and confident personality with exceptional communication skills, you will be highly organised and process driven. You will be an independent thinker with the ability to make decisions and your leadership and influencing skills will be fundamental in driving the team forward in operational excellence. You will have a customer centric approach with an eye on continuous improvement and enhancing operational efficiencies. Previous experience working with and managing budgets is essential. A background or interest in adventure sport is highly advantageous but not a pre-requisite. The successful candidate will have a background in Operational management and be part of the Senior Management Team.
