Operations Coordinator
A client of ours in the Maldon area are recruiting an Operations Coordinator to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the intention of becoming permanent. This is a full-time position, working Monday - Friday, either 8.00am - 4.00pm or 9.00am - 5.00pm (35 hours per week) and paying 30,000 - 35,000 per annum, depending on experience.Your key duties in this Operations Coordinator role will include but are not limited to:Scheduling daily work plans and allocating staff, vehicles, and equipmentPreparing and issuing documentation such as RAMS, job packs, and method statementsActing as a key point of contact for operational teams, handling a high volume of callsCoordinating machinery servicing, repairs, and breakdownsProcessing completed jobs, quality checking information, and forwarding to finance for invoicingSupporting compliance activity, accreditation upkeep, and health and safety record-keepingAssisting with HR administration, training updates, recruitment, and return-to-work processesProviding wider administrative cover during busy periods or staff absencesSkills and Experience required to be considered for this role:Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing prioritiesExcellent communication skills and a confident, professional telephone mannerAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environmentProficient in Microsoft Office and cloud-based systemsPrior experience in operations, compliance, coordination, admin and ..... full job details .....
