Service and Installation CoordinatorSalary £30-£33k DOEOur client is looking for a Service and Installation Coordinator to assist with the day-to-day operations with the sole aim of providing high levels of customer satisfaction.This is a fast-paced, office-based position where organisation, accuracy and proactive communication are key. You''ll play a vital role in ensuring service and installation activities are scheduled efficiently and delivered to the highest standards.The RoleYou will liaise closely with colleagues on a daily basis to ensure all service and installation-related tasks are completed effectively and on time.Key responsibilities include:Coordinating service and installation scheduling activitiesLiaising with customers, service engineers, internal teams and suppliersBooking transport and hotels as requiredRaising purchase orders to expedite service and installation workOperating the simPRO software package to maintain customer records, histories, opportunities, forecasts and financial dataMonitoring and raising call outs from the iHost system during office hoursActioning labour requests from Service and Installation departments and maintaining engineer schedulesMaintaining the highest levels of accuracy in data entry and financial processingDeputising for the Out of Hours Escalation Engineer when required (this function attracts additional remuneration)Responding to customer requirements promptly to ensure complete satisfaction and encourage repeat ..... full job details .....
