Freightserve recruitment are looking for an Operations Coordinator for a busy well-established Freight company based in the Woking area.Role PurposeAccurate planning and scheduling of shipmentsClear communication with customers and internal teamsConsistent service delivery aligned to defined processesThis role is focused on hands-on operational execution, supporting the Operational Account Lead and wider operations team to deliver a controlled, high-quality service.Position SummaryDaily shipment coordinationDemo movements and returnsCustomer updates and communicationEnsure full visibility and control across all movementsSupport planning and coordination of shipmentsCollections and deliveriesAssist with scheduling jobsCreate and manage bookings in internal systemsMaintain accurate recordsProvide updates to customers on shipment statusCoordinate with transport providersSupport Operational Account Lead and Senior team membersFollow defined operating procedures (SOPs)Provide day-to-day support to:Working hours are Monday - Friday As an agency we are fast becoming the number one Freight specialist in the UK.
