Ofsted Registered Manager – Telford (Children’s Residential Care)

We are currently prioritising the recruitment of a permanent Ofsted Registered Manager for our 3-bedded children's residential provision in Telford. This is a vital leadership role, requiring a passionate, experienced professional committed to delivering high standards of care and achieving positive outcomes for young people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the home to meet and exceed Ofsted standards

• Manage staff recruitment, training, and supervision

• Oversee care planning and safeguarding

• Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation and policies

Requirements:

• Must be an Ofsted Registered Manager

• Minimum Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)

• Proven experience managing or deputising in a children’s home

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
