OFFICE MANAGER

We are working on an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager to join a not-for-profit national brand. This role involves maintaining the general office supplies, working closely with the operations and finance teams and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This role requires you to be in the office 5 days a week.

OFFICE MANAGER ROLE:

  • Managing the day-to-day running of the office
  • Line managing the office assistant and an administrator
  • Supporting with project management for office refurbishment and redesign, and overseeing project work
  • Maintaining audit logs
  • Managing contract and price negotiations with vendors and service providers
  • Maintaining general office supplies and stocking up on stationery and beverages
OFFICE MANAGER ESSENTIALS:
  • Having experience working as an Office Manager with 20+ employees
  • Having project management experience in an office management capacity, such as office relocation and refurbishment
  • Demonstrating fantastic communication skills
  • Previous management experience
