The Opportunity

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well-established and respected international business, based near High Wycombe, to recruit an organised and proactive Office Manager & Sales/Marketing Support professional to join their friendly and high performing team.

This is a newly created and varied role, with a significant part of the job being to provide key support to the Managing Director, by offering high-level organisational, administrative, and communication support.

In addition, the Sales & Marketing Support side involves providing vital administrative support to the Sales and Marketing teams.

You will track commercial agreements, manage rebates and marketing expenditure reporting, and liaise with key partners and customers. You''ll be at the centre of team coordination, reporting, and ensuring data and communication flows smoothly across departments to enable the sales team to really focus on client delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management, executive support, or commercial administration
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and wear many hats
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, whilst being analytical and detail-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels, including international teams and senior customers with professionalism and discretion
  • A real team player with a positive, can-do attitude
