Since launching, we''ve experienced exceptional growth and continue to expand our teams across the business.We''re looking for an organised and proactive Office Administrator to become the face of our Canary Wharf office.This is a varied role that combines reception, administration and office coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being busy, takes pride in creating a welcoming environment and is happy supporting multiple teams across the business.You''ll be the first point of contact for visitors while ensuring the office runs smoothly day-to-day. No two days are the same, and you''ll have the opportunity to work closely with Executive Assistants, HR, IT, Finance, Treasury and Compliance, giving you fantastic exposure across the business.In particular, you will: Greeting visitors and providing a professional front-of-house experienceManaging reception and incoming telephone enquiriesOrganising and setting up meeting roomsOrdering office stationery and suppliesMaintaining the office, kitchen, reception and communal areas to a high standardSupporting Executive Assistants with administrative tasksAssisting with internal and external meetingsLiaising with landlords and external suppliers when requiredHelping organise company events and activitiesAssisting departments ..... full job details .....
