Office Administrator
Job Title: Estate Agency AdministratorLocation: Southampton (Office Based)Salary: £26-30k per annumHours: Monday to Friday (Full Time, with occasional weekend work during peak periods) Key Responsibilities:Client Support: Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling enquiries via phone, email, and in personProperty Listings: Assist in preparing property details, uploading listings to portals, and maintaining accurate recordsDocumentation: Manage contracts, tenancy agreements, and other legal documents with precision and confidentialityDiary Management: Coordinate appointments, viewings, and meetings for negotiators and managersCompliance: Ensure all documentation meets regulatory standardsOffice Coordination: Maintain office supplies, manage incoming/outgoing post, and support general office upkeepData Entry: Update CRM systems and databases with client and property informationMarketing Support: Assist with social media posts, window displays, and promotional materialsSkills and Experience Required:Previous experience in an administrative role (estate agency experience desirable but not essential)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and organisational abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systemsAbility to multitask and work under pressureA proactive and positive ..... full job details .....
