Office Administrator
As a successful, full service security solutions business, we are now looking to recruit an Office Administrator, who will be responsible for supporting senior management, engineers and finance functions, across a variety of administrative tasks. The Role:As the Office Administrator, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:administering the shared company email inboxdealing with incoming telephone enquiries, managing where able or escalating responding to customer enquires preparing engineer packs for sitediarising bookings on our engineer portal and in office diarypreparing customer quotations for review and approval sending approved customer quotations in accordance with company procedure and filing completed documentation preparing engineer service history notesdrafting customer / client invoices for review and approval sending approved invoices to customers and clients in accordance with company procedure and filing completed documentation maintaining customer files and records both electronic and hard copy maintaining general office tidiness and organisation The Candidate:Ideally, candidates for the Office Administrator role, will be able to demonstrate that they have:previous experience of working in a customer facing administration function, in the same or similar administration type rolea proficiency in MS Office including Outlook, Excel and Wordexcellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skillsclose attention to detailthe ability to ..... full job details .....
