As a Nursery Nurse, you will play a key role in supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing within early years settings.
- Supporting children's learning through play and structured activities
- Promoting children's physical, emotional, and social development
- Maintaining a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
- Supporting the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Observing, monitoring, and recording children's progress
- Adhering to safeguarding, health and safety, and setting policies at all times
- Level 3 Qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education
- Enhanced DBS on the update service
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Previous experience working within nurseries, schools, or children's centres
- Experience supporting children from birth to five years
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and child development
- Flexibility and adaptability across different settings
- Experienced Nursery Nurses
