Night Site Manager - Shop Fit-Out (Chester) Location: Chester Shift: Nights Sector: Retail Fit-Out / Shop Refurbishment We are currently looking for an experienced Night Site Manager to oversee a retail shop fit-out project in Chester. Essential Requirements Previous experience managing shop fit-out or retail refurbishment projects is essential. Proven track record delivering retail projects in live or occupied environments. Strong understanding of Health and Safety and site management procedures. Able to manage subcontractors, programme works, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Background Candidates must have a strong background in: Retail fit-out Shop refurbishments Fast-track construction projects Ideally based within East Anglia or surrounding areas and willing to travel. Responsibilities As Night Site Manager, you will be responsible for: Managing the project from commencement through to completion Overseeing all site activities during night shifts Ensuring Health and Safety compliance at all times Coordinating subcontractors and labour Managing project programmes and deadlines Monitoring quality standards and project costs Reporting progress to senior management and clients Key Skills and Knowledge Strong communication and leadership skills Proven management experience Excellent planning and organisational abilities Strong problem-solving skills Attention to detail ..... full job details .....
