Location: Liverpool (Liverpool, L3)
Rate: £270 per day
Hours: 7:00am – 4:00pm
Start Date: Monday 2nd November
Duration: 2+ Months (Until Friday 22nd January initially)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established project team on a high-profile commercial refurbishment project in Liverpool.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a £10 million CAT A & CAT B refurbishment scheme within a prestigious Grade I listed building, helping deliver the remaining phases of a multi-floor commercial fit-out project.

The project has already successfully handed over one floor, with a further seven floors remaining, and the successful candidate will provide additional management support to an experienced site team led by a Site-Based Project Manager and Senior Project Managers.

There is also potential for further contract extensions and future opportunities, with the client delivering projects across Liverpool and the wider region.

• Day-to-day management of site operations
• Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring programme targets are achieved
• Maintaining high standards of health, safety and quality
• Managing trades on CAT A and CAT B refurbishment works
• Conducting site inspections and progress reporting
• Liaising with project management teams, client representatives and subcontractors
• Ensuring works are delivered efficiently within programme and budget constraints
• Overseeing refurbishment activities within a live and historic building environment

To be considered, you should have:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial refurbishment projects
• Strong CAT A and CAT B fit-out experience
• Experience managing projects of significant value (£5m-£10m+ preferred)
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within an established project team
• A stable employment history with evidence of successfully delivering projects through to completion
• Two strong recent references

• Relevant Site Management qualifications (SMSTS preferred)
