Site Manager - Liverpool

Site Manager - Fire Remediation, Liverpool, 30-Week Contract

I''m currently working on a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in cladding and fa-ade remediation, to join a major high-rise residential fire remediation project based in the Liverpool area.

The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of the remediation package, including:

• SFS Installation
• Bracketry and Insulation
• Fire Stopping Works
• Weatherboard Systems
• Rainscreen Cladding
• EWI and Render

Requirements:

• Previous experience managing cladding and fire remediation projects
• Strong technical knowledge of SFS, rainscreen cladding, fire stopping and fa-ade systems
• Ability to manage site logistics and coordinate subcontractors effectively
• Experience with site logistics, planning and programme delivery
• High-rise residential project experience would be advantageous
