Role: Night Project WorkerPay Rate: 14.60 per hourLocation: BristolContract/Hours: Temporary, Full Time or Part HoursWhat You''ll Be Doing: As a Night Project Worker, you''ll play a key role in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and well-managed service throughout the night. Carrying out regular welfare and safety checks. Providing practical and emotional support to residents when required. Responding appropriately to incidents and emergencies. Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times. Completing accurate records, incident reports, and handovers. Maintaining communal areas and supporting the smooth operation of the service overnight. Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high standards of support and safeguarding. About You: We''re looking for someone who is compassionate, dependable, and able to work confidently and independently during the night. Experience in support work, housing, homelessness services, care, security, or a related field would be advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in challenging situations. Good IT and administrative skills with attention to detail. A strong understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries. A genuine commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals to achieve positive outcomes.
