Role: Project Worker Days
Pay Rate: -14.83 per hour
Location: Bristol
Contract/Hours: Temporary, Part Time or Full Time Hours

In this rewarding role, you'll work alongside a committed team to deliver a safe, inclusive, and high-quality service. You will act as a key point of contact for service users and external agencies while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation.

• Supporting the day-to-day running of accommodation projects.
• Maintaining communal and office spaces.
• Providing person-centred support to residents.
• Liaising with contractors, landlords, and external agencies.
• Helping to create a safe and welcoming environment across all properties.

• Strong communication skills and experience working vulnerable adults
• Empathy and understanding of the challenges faced by people experiencing homelessness.
