Key responsibilities include: Providing person-centred support to women with a history of homelessness. Supporting residents with housing-related issues, appointments, and accessing community services. Encouraging independence, wellbeing, and positive life choices. Building professional and trusting relationships with residents. Maintaining accurate records and support plans. Working alongside colleagues and external agencies to deliver effective support.
