Multi Trade Operative

We are currently looking for a Multi Trade Operative to work across the North West on a full-time, long-term contract for a well-established property maintenance contractor specialising in the social housing sector.This opportunity is with a respected contractor delivering refurbishment and turnaround works to void properties for a number of housing providers. You''ll be joining a busy, growing team with consistent work across Preston, Liverpool, Manchester and the surrounding areas.I''d be keen to see applications from anyone with experience in property maintenance and refurbishment, whether you''ve previously worked as a Multi Skilled Operative, Joiner, Carpenter, Kitchen Fitter, Bathroom Fitter, Plumber, Maintenance Operative, or in a similar role.As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be:Carrying out refurbishment and maintenance works to social housing void propertiesCompleting a variety of multi-trade repairs to bring properties back to a lettable standardUndertaking joinery, basic plumbing, patch plastering, tiling and decorating as requiredWorking across multiple client contracts throughout the North WestTravelling to sites across Preston, Liverpool, Manchester and occasionally further afieldDelivering work to a high standard while working independently or as part of a teamI''d love to speak to anyone who has:Experience working on social housing void properties or domestic refurbishment projectsA strong background across multiple tradesTheir own van and tools ..... full job details .....
