Carpenter Multi Trader

Job Description

• Carry out responsive-maintenance and building-compliance works across-occupied and void-social housing properties
• Complete a-range of multi-trade repairs, with-Carpentry as the-primary trade
• Ensure all-work is completed-to a high-standard and within-agreed timescales
• Deliver excellent customer-service-while working in-tenants'' homes
• Adhere to all-health and safety-procedures and company-standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as-a Multi-Trader, ideally with Carpentry as your-primary trade
• Previous experience working-within the social-housing sector
• Valid CSCS Card
• Recognised trade qualification, apprenticeship, or NVQ-Diploma in Building-Maintenance (or equivalent)
• Full UK driving-licence
