Job Description Carry out responsive maintenance and building compliance works across occupied and void social housing properties Complete a range of multi-trade repairs, with Carpentry as the primary trade Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales Deliver excellent customer service while working in tenants'' homes Adhere to all health and safety procedures and company standards Requirements Proven experience as a Multi-Trader, ideally with Carpentry as your primary trade Previous experience working within the social housing sector Valid CSCS Card Recognised trade qualification, apprenticeship, or NVQ Diploma in Building Maintenance (or equivalent) Full UK driving licence What''s on Offer Company van and fuel card provided Long-term, ongoing work with a reputable social housing contractor Weekly pay Opportunity to work as part of a supportive and established team Immediate start available for the right candidate ..... full job details .....
