Gibbs Gillespie, part of the Leaders Romans Group, are looking for a new Move Manager to join us on a permanent basis based in our high performing offices.This is a chance to join an award winning, national property company who are going through exciting periods of growth and who offer tailored award winning training and development programmes at all levels.By joining us you will get a lot more than just a career; you will be provided with the tools and opportunities to create a long term goal to be part of an ever growing group of property experts.ResponsibilitiesSetting up and co-ordinating all administration associated with sales filesEntering or checking the accuracy of data pertaining to properties, vendors and purchasers on the computer, on a timely basisCompleting all relevant correspondence during the sales process within the set guidelinesEnsuring that all business practices are in line with appropriate and current legislation, in particular; Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008; Money Laundering Regulations 2007; Estate Agents Act 1974Ensuring compliance with the Company Data Protection PolicyPreparing weekly reports on sales leads and progression, ensuring performance standards are metDevelop effective working relationships with solicitors, IFA’s and the branch networkRequired Skills and ExperienceAbility to work remotelyExcellent organisational skillsExceptional communication skillsKnowledge of the sales processWorking Hours:
