Weandrsquo;re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated MFL Teacher to join a successful secondary school in Aylesburyandnbsp;this September. The ideal candidate will have a passion for modern languages and the ability to deliver inspiring, high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. Main Duties Include:
- Deliver high-quality French and/or Spanish lessons to KS3 and KS4 students (KS5 teaching may be available, depending on experience)
- Plan creative, engaging lessons that support language learning and cultural awareness
- Assess student progress using a range of effective strategies and provide targeted support
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and confidence
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the MFL curriculum and take part in enrichment activities
Work collaboratively with staff and maintain strong communication with parents to support student achievement
What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Specialism in French and/or Spanish (ability to teach both is a bonus)
- Experience teaching in UK secondary schools
- Excellent classroom management and strong communication skills
- A genuine passion for language teaching and student success
- Current knowledge of the MFL curriculum and relevant exam boards
