About the Role:
A forward-thinking and diverse secondary school in Aylesbury is looking for a passionate MFL Teacher to join their languages department. You will inspire pupils to become confident communicators in French and/or Spanish while enriching their understanding of other cultures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging MFL lessons at KS3 and KS4
- Use a range of creative resources to promote language fluency
- Prepare pupils for GCSE success with structured lesson delivery
- Track and assess student progress regularly
- Collaborate with a committed and innovative MFL team
Requirements:
- QTS and a degree in French, Spanish, or a related subject
- Strong subject knowledge with experience in secondary teaching
- A flair for engaging students with languages
- Ability to create an inclusive, enthusiastic learning environment
