Mobile Fabric Maintenance EngineerLocation: North West London Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 (40 hours per week)Package: 38,000 - 42,000 + Company Van and Fuel Card + Overtime Opportunities + Mobile Tablet/Phone + Benefits PackageRole PurposeThe Mobile Fabric Maintenance Engineer is responsible for delivering high-quality planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive fabric repairs across a diverse portfolio of commercial, corporate, and public sector properties throughout North West London.Key Responsibilities1. Specialist Locksmithing, Security Hardware and Door MaintenanceAccess Hardware and Digital Locks: Install, service, re-code, and repair electronic digital keypad locks (e.g., Codelocks), mechanical push-button combination locks (e.g., Simplex), and master-keyed cylinder suites across client premises.Architectural Ironmongery: Repair, ease, and replace mortice latches, euro-profile cylinders, magnetic locks, panic crash bars, overhead door closers, and concealed floor springs.Commercial Door Integrity: Hang, ease, align, and repair internal and external timber, metal, and composite doorsets to eliminate draughts, binding, and latching failures.Fire Door Remedials: Carry out scheduled statutory fire door inspections and repairs-adjusting gaps, renewing intumescent smoke seals, replacing fire-rated hinges, and certifying compliant closure under fire safety regulations.2.
