Fabric Engineer - London A leading Mechanical and Electrical contractor who specialise in providing building maintenance and servicing have a key requirement for an experienced Fabric Building Maintenance Engineer to join their mobile team role covering sites within London and the surrounding areas As the Fabric Engineer, you will be:Fabric Engineer will be mobile covering sites within London and the surrounding areasFabric Engineer will be carrying out PPM''s on electrical plant as well as completing basic mechanical tasks on building systems, pumps, actuators, FCU''s, AHU''s.Fabric Engineer will assist in completing reactive and repairs on mechanical systems and will also be required to carry out basic plumbing when needed.Fabric Engineer will be required to carry out basic electrical tasks.Fabric Engineer will be working Monday - FridayAs the Fabric Engineer, you will need:Fabric Engineer will need to live within a commutable distance to Central LondonFabric Engineer with an Electrical or Mechanical qualification would be an advantageFabric Engineer will need to have a "can do" attitude and willing to learn new skillsFabric Engineer will need experience in carrying out PPM''s and basic reactive works on both electrical and mechanical systems.Fabric Engineer will be paid up to 40k, dependent on experience + overtime + training + package Contact on (phone number removed) the specialist recruitment agency and business within HVAC, MandE and Utilities.
