The Role As a Mobile Fabric Engineer, you''ll be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive fabric repairs across a variety of commercial sites. Working independently, you''ll ensure buildings are maintained to a high standard while providing excellent customer service to clients. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive building fabric maintenance across multiple commercial sites. Complete a range of carpentry, plumbing and general building maintenance tasks. Repair doors, locks, windows, ceilings, flooring and partition walls. Undertake painting, decorating, patch plastering and tiling repairs. Carry out basic plumbing works, including repairs to taps, toilets and associated pipework. Perform routine building inspections and identify maintenance issues. Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures and health and safety legislation.
