The Role

You''ll be responsible for carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive fabric maintenance across the site. This is a varied position where no two days are the same, ensuring the building is maintained to a high standard.

Typical duties include:

• General building fabric repairs

• Carpentry and joinery

• Basic plumbing repairs

• Painting and decorating

• Patch plastering and making good

• Door, lock and ironmongery repairs

• Ceiling and flooring repairs

• Supporting small refurbishment and project works

What We''re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Fabric Engineer, Fabric Technician, Maintenance Operative, Building Maintenance Technician or similar

• A strong all-round building maintenance background

• Experience working within commercial buildings or Facilities Management

• Good knowledge of carpentry, basic plumbing and general fabric maintenance

• A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills
