You will take full responsibility for directing all mechanical construction works on site, driving safe, timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project execution.Key ResponsibilitiesSite Management: Lead day-to-day mechanical site operations and oversee all mechanical installation activities throughout the project lifecycle.Quality Assurance: Execute and enforce robust QA/QC procedures to ensure full compliance with design specifications and high standards.Coordination and Planning: Partner with Planners, Project Managers, design consultants, and sub-contractors to align project programmes and buildability.Sub-Contractor Management: Oversee mechanical sub-contractor performance, tracking progress, monitoring labor levels, facilitating coordination meetings, and maintaining up-to-date health and safety documentation.Design and Technical Reviews: Review drawings, technical submittals, and specifications to resolve ..... full job details .....
