CSA Construction Manager (On-site) Location: Multiple locations across Europe Employment Type: Full-time A leading European data centre construction and delivery organisation is seeking an experienced CSA Construction Manager to join its growing team in Finland. The successful candidate will oversee the Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) scope on a large-scale, fast-track data centre project, managing construction teams, subcontractors, design coordination, programme delivery, quality, and site operations. Key Responsibilities Manage the Civil, Structural, and Architectural work packages, including the CSA engineering, supervision, and construction teams. Coordinate procurement, design, engineering, construction, and installation activities to ensure delivery against project requirements and programme. Develop and manage the CSA delivery strategy, scopes of work, subcontract packages, and construction plans. Manage subcontractors and supply chain partners, monitoring progress, resources, quality, safety, and performance against programme. Coordinate with design teams to ensure construction information, drawings, and technical details are issued in line with programme requirements. Review designs and drawings, identify discrepancies or compliance issues, and coordinate resolution of technical and construction challenges. Manage site Health and Safety, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, and environmental requirements in collaboration with the relevant project teams. ..... full job details .....
