We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to join their team. This position will be based on-site in Blyth, Northumberland. Responsibilities Overall Mechanical Delivery Lead and manage the execution of all mechanical works, including HVAC, chilled water, pipework, fire protection, and fuel systems, ensuring delivery in line with programme, budget, and client data centre standards. Subcontractor and Workforce Management Manage mechanical subcontractors and site teams, coordinating resources, productivity, sequencing, and interfaces with electrical, CSA, and commissioning teams. Programme and Planning Control Develop and drive short-term and look-ahead programmes, identifying risks and implementing mitigation measures to meet key data hall and phased handover milestones. Quality, Safety and Compliance Ensure mechanical works are delivered in compliance with project specifications, Dutch and European regulations, QAQC requirements, and HSE standards, promoting a strong safety-first culture on site.
