This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile UK and international transactions, advising a diverse client base that includes private equity-backed businesses, owner-managed companies and large corporates. You''ll play a key role in delivering complex projects while helping to drive the continued growth of a well-established and ambitious team. The Role As an MandA Tax Senior Manager, you''ll lead transaction tax engagements from initial discussions through to completion, providing commercially focused advice throughout the deal lifecycle. Responsibilities include: Leading tax due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions. Advising on transaction structures and the wider tax implications of acquisitions and disposals. Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring work is delivered to a high technical standard. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser throughout the transaction process. Working closely with colleagues across Tax, Corporate Finance and Advisory to deliver seamless client service.
