The Role As an MandA Tax Assistant Manager, you''ll support the delivery of transaction tax projects, working closely with senior team members, clients and wider advisory teams. Responsibilities will include: Supporting tax due diligence assignments across buy-side and sell-side transactions. Assisting with transaction structuring advice and identifying tax-efficient solutions. Working alongside Corporate Finance and other advisory specialists on a variety of projects. Managing client communication and building strong relationships. Preparing technical analysis, reports and client deliverables.
