MandA Tax Manager Birmingham Hybrid Working I''m currently working with a highly regarded professional services firm that''s looking to strengthen its Transaction Tax team with the appointment of an MandA Tax Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team, working on a broad range of UK and international transactions across a variety of sectors. You''ll support clients throughout the deal lifecycle, providing commercially focused tax advice on acquisitions, disposals and restructures. The Role As an MandA Tax Manager, you''ll work closely with senior stakeholders, advisers and clients on a range of transaction-related projects. Responsibilities will include: Delivering tax due diligence on acquisitions and disposals. Advising on transaction structures and tax implications. Managing client relationships and supporting projects from start to finish. Working alongside colleagues across Tax, Corporate Finance and Advisory. Preparing and reviewing technical reports and client deliverables. Supporting business development initiatives and identifying new opportunities. Coaching and developing junior members of the team. About You You''ll be ACA and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent) with experience in UK corporate tax or transaction tax. You''ll also have: Strong technical tax knowledge. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
