The Manager, Corporate Strategy, will support strategic initiatives, market assessments, and growth analyses across the organization. Working closely with the Associate Director and Group Director of Corporate Strategy, this role will develop insights, build business cases, and drive key elements of strategic planning.

What you will do

Gather and synthesize data to develop strategic recommendations.

Analyze markets, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform growth strategies.

Support the development of Board and ExCo materials with clear storytelling.

Assist in due diligence for potential acquisitions or partnerships.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align execution with strategy.

Manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Experience in corporate strategy, consulting, investment banking, or related fields.

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.

Experience developing business cases, market assessments, and executive presentations.

Comfort working with senior stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree preferred; MBA or relevant graduate degree is a plus.
