OverviewHead of Corporate Strategy at Ørsted. We’re looking for our next Head of Corporate Strategy. In this role, you’ll work closely with our CEO and top management team in driving the corporate strategic agenda and “connecting the dots” by formulating and supporting the execution of our corporate strategy. You’ll take a hands-on approach, supported by a team of highly skilled individuals. The role requires you to actively engage with multiple stakeholders across the company and continuously seek and develop new insights from internal and external sources to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

driving our corporate strategic agenda and leading high-impact projects across the group

leading the strategy process, a key part of our annual performance management

conducting industry, peer, and other market analyses that provide insight into our journey

liaising with our teams in corporate finance and capital allocation, MandA, commercial, and digital strategy

acting as a strategic advisor and challenger to senior leadership, including the CEO and board

managing a team of strategists and ensuring high-quality deliverables for executive management and board meetings

preparing presentations and materials for executive management meetings and representing us at key internal and external events

Qualifications

hold a master’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a similar field, combined with top-tier management consulting experience or similar experience from comparable industry

demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and political acumen, with the ability to influence and challenge senior executives

have a strong analytical approach and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify analysis into clear insight and communication

are able to think outside the box and provide independent and original thinking

have a strong leadership track record from managing high-performing teams in top-tier advisory firms and/or in a large corporation

set high standards for the quality of your work and excel in both oral and written communication
