Leading smaller projects or workstreams in larger projects, delivering the agreed work products and outcomes, and building relationships across client organisations.Understanding client priorities and problems, and evaluating, designing, and delivering solution options with EY peers that leverage cutting-edge technologies.Motivating and managing high-performing, diverse teams aligned to EY values to deliver exceptional client service and prepare clients for a digital future.Applying Finance Strategy and Transformation capabilities across the full lifecycle of transformation, including:Performing current-state diagnosticsDeveloping a vision, strategy, and operating modelDelivering a transformation business case and an integrated implementation roadmapGuiding location and sourcing model selectionDesigning and implementing future-state processes and technologies (record-to-report, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, financial planning and analytics)Shaping future organisation design and overseeing transitions to future modelsDesigning and implementing experience-led service managementManaging end-to-end programme governance and deliveryQualifications and experience

A valid and certified professional accounting qualificationBackground in management consulting or demonstrated delivery of components of large-scale transformation programmesProficiency in your chosen market or sectorExperience of delivering change programmes within a finance functionProven ability to engage, manage and build senior relationshipsStrong client relationship skillsIdeal additional experience

Experience in a Finance or GBS environmentAbility to create solutions to technical problemsStrong attention to detail with the ability to storyboard and produce high-quality outputsExcellent problem solving, facilitation and presentation skillsTrack record of line-managing professional services staff, including coaching and developmentWhat we look for
