supports the hotels engineering and maintenance operations to ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces remain safe, functional, and well-presented. Key responsibilities include performing minor electrical and plumbing repairs, responding promptly to guest requests, and carrying out soft refurbishment tasks such as painting, fixture replacements, and basic carpentry. The role also involves preventive maintenance checks, timely resolution of technical issues, and collaboration with other departments to minimize disruption. plays a vital role in delivering a seamless guest experience and supporting the hotels reputation for excellence.What we looking forPrevious experience as a Handyman or Maintenance Technician, with proven skills in minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.

Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a safe, well-maintained environment that enhances the guest experience.

Effective communication and teamwork abilities, collaborating well with colleagues, contractors, and other hotel departments.

Proactive, hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skills, able to prioritise and respond quickly to guest requests and maintenance issues.

Strong knowledge of Health and Safety standards, with the ability to maintain safe and efficient hotel systems at all times.
