Maintenance Assistant

We''re working with a well-established facilities management company that oversees university accommodation in Clapham. They''re currently seeking a Maintenance Operative to join their team on a temporary basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who''s hands-on, dependable, and happy to support with a variety of day-to-day maintenance tasks

Salary & Benefits
* -13.21 per hour
* Weekly pay
* Monday to Friday (9am-5pm)
* Overtime available
* Great working environment within student accommodation

Duties:
* Replacing electrical equipment such as hobs, ovens, and extractor fans
* Applying and replacing mastic and silicone in kitchens and showers
* Repairing vinyl flooring
* Fixing shelving and furniture as needed
