M365/SharePoint Support Engineer Remote 475/day 6 month contract Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Application Support Consultant We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Application Support Consultant to provide advanced L2/L3 support, administration and continuous improvement across a Microsoft 365 environment. This is a hands-on role focused on troubleshooting, platform support and maintaining existing business applications rather than pure development. Working alongside an in-house M365 Developer, you will help manage BAU support activities, resolve complex technical issues and support the ongoing enhancement of SharePoint and Power Platform solutions. Key Responsibilities Provide L2/L3 support across Microsoft 365 services, with a strong focus on SharePoint Online. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues relating to permissions, access, document management, search and site functionality. Investigate escalated incidents, perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions. Support and maintain existing SharePoint applications, intranet sites and business-critical solutions. Administer Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID (Azure AD) and related security and compliance features.
