We are seeking an experienced VIP Desktop Support Engineer to join a premium executive support function within a large enterprise environment.

You will provide white-glove IT support to senior executives and front-office users, delivering a highly responsive and professional service in a fast-paced banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide VIP / executive support via remote, telephone and face-to-face deskside support.
• Support Managing Directors, senior executives and front-office users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents quickly, prioritising according to business impact.
• Support remote and hybrid working technologies.
• Assist with the deployment of new applications, devices and hardware.
• Maintain excellent communication and customer service when supporting senior stakeholders.

• Proven experience working in VIP support, Executive Support, Service Desk or similar
• Must have experience working within financial services, ideally in the past 3 years''
• Experience providing VIP / white-glove support, ideally within front-office or trading floor environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• The tech stack covers the following: Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook/Exchange, iOS, macOS, Citrix/VDI, Intune/Autopilot, Teams/Zoom, or Bloomberg/Refinitiv/Eikon.
